Real Estate Tax Consulting
& Risk Advisory

Chastang & Associates consulting specialty is local and state government accountability for real estate taxation. Approximately 50% of local jurisdictions in the United States lack the resources (or simply do not allocate them appropriately) to accurately implement fair and equitable real estate assessments in accordance with statues and established case law. Mentoring

Chastang & Associates will help you build your own practice. We currently suggest for anyone looking to obtain a residential real estate appraisal license or certification to contact the Appraisal Institute in Chicago and ask them about "PAREA" - a program dedicated specifically for this purpose. However, if you are interested in pursuing a commercial appraiser Certified General license, please feel free to contact us. Space is very limited as we are only accepting one Certified General candidate at a time.
