Ajit brings a treasure trove of international consulting experience as a civil engineer, certified appraiser, structural designer, estimator, and property inspector with a focus on the country of India.
Prior to starting his own consultancy, Ajit served in the Indian Army Corp of Engineers as a Commissioned Officer. He was honorably discharged while serving in the rank of Major. Major Pradhan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is fluent in English and Hini.

During his United States appraisal experience, he completed over 2,000 assignments for banks and various lending institutions. Ayomide holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and he is currently pursuing a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisal License. He is also a licensed real estate sales agent in Maryland.

Steven Michael Chastang

Brief Biography
Steven is a United States native born 1984 in Lewis-Gale hospital located in Salem, Virginia. His father, a Vietnam War Veteran from Baltimore, Maryland and his mother, a home maker from Dover, Delaware, met at a bar near the Dover Airforce Base during the civil rights movement, when Steven wasn't even a thought in their minds. Steven's grandfather, Walter "Frank" Wolfe, joined the United States Navy at the age of 17 and fought in both theaters of World War II.
Steven has French, German, Irish, and British ancestry with (inconclusive) DNA evidence suggesting that he hails from an Irish King (Uí Néill) and middle eastern Druze of the Levant. He is the youngest of four brothers, the first and only one in his immediate family to graduate from college. Steven is strong willed, charismatic, intellectual, and also just a regular, down to earth guy who enjoys the practical things of life like quality time with friends and family, sports, gym time, wood/rock work, meeting new people, and good beer. Steven currently resides in Northern Virginia, has one amazing son, Silas, and he is engaged to Bettina, the most beautiful woman in the whole world!
