Steven Michael Chastang
Mr. Chastang is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a General Candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. Steven provides independent, unbiased, objective, and apolitical opinions of value, evaluations, review, consulting and advice on investment decisions, among other things. He specializes in assignments that no one else will accept.
Mr. Chastang brings 18 years of diverse real estate appraisal experience with an extensive background in mass-appraisals for state and local government. Steven was very fortunate to work closely with county executives, elected officials, and freeholders to gain unparalleled insight into the strengths and weaknesses of public policy for revenue generation, the balance of power and the peoples’ role in government during a particular time in history.

Mr. Surmaty is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with a Bachelor of Science degree in network engineering. Maz is currently pursuing a Certified General license as the owner of 360 Appraisals, a real estate appraisal company based in Ashburn Virginia.
Maz has an extensive entrepreneurial background with real estate expertise as an agent and certified appraiser. He currently conducts thorough appraisals for residential and small commercial properties.
Mr. Surmaty's skills are primarily in the areas of software and mapping tools, research, market trends, zoning regulations, and property conditions. He writes narrative and form reports in compliance with USPAP and lender guidelines. Professional client communications and efficient workflow management are among his strongest skills.
